1. Create an account> Select your unit> Pay online> Receive the code to access your unit. 

           * You can log in to your account for additional services and information. Please call us if you have any questions, 319-850-2212

2. You'll find in your email the Overlock Code currently on your unit and, if applicable, your Access Code to gain entrance to the Climate Controlled Units.

           * Do Not give out your Gate Access Code.

3. You must provide your own lock for your unit. Failure to do so will result in a $25 charge. Please place our overlock in the provided dropbox.

          * Dropbox locations: Outside next to Unit 175. Inside main entry.

4. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BREAK YOUR OWN LOCK! You MUST contact us if you cannot access your unit and need the lock cut off. You will be liable for damage caused to the door/facility, not to mention you may look like a thief to us on our cameras. We will be happy to assist you.

5. Remember to schedule your move-out date from your account.
